Welcome to St Bonaventure Centre
Welcome to St Bonaventure Skills and Training Development Centre, a non-profit organization established in 2017 by Father Clement OFM, member of the Franciscan Order in the Roman Catholic Church. Located in La Verna, Barrage, Vanderbijlpark, South Africa, the organization is named after St Bonaventure, a medieval Franciscan, theologian, philosopher, and scholar. We have a fantastic team that consists of dedicated individuals lead by Father Clement.
Our Specialities
We specialize in training and empowering youth and unemployed individuals with skills in carpentry, upholstery, welding, sewing,and soon, agriculture and information technology. Our center also provides products created by our learners and manufactured by the center. We are sustained through donations from generous donors and organizations, training fees, and sales of our products.
Our Products & Services
Our carpentry division specializes in building, installing,renewing, and repairing furniture and any wooden material. Our upholstery service rejuvenates your old furniture and makes them look as good as new. At St Bonaventure, our team of skilled welders are available to create products according to your specifications, while our sewing lessons teach learners howto design and create clothes and home decor.

To help eradicate poverty by assisting in reducing the unemployment rate thereby providing people with the knowledge & skills required to lead a fruitful life. We hope that all of our students coming through our training programs will become an asset to their community and country.
